When starting to supply Foodstuffs, they require samples of your Priced Packing Slip, Invoice and Credit Note. If you are using an accounting system such as MYOB Essentials that doesn't have the ability to customise templates or another such as Zoho, these editable word documents can be used initially to get you through the approval process and starting invoicing to their requirements.
If you later move to an accounting system with customisable templates you are able to purchase templates to work with that system that look the same.
