wHAT IS A SINGLE USER LICENSE

All of the Customizedt Standard Templates can be used multiple times, however our author partners designs and our more technical templates do need to be protected and where "Single User License" is shown in the description of the template only one download and one use is included in the purchase.  If you would like to use the same template again, you may purchase it again at the price listed.  Details of the single user license are as follows:

Logo used in the template preview is only for illustration and not included in the purchase.
You are free to use this template:

• Use, by you or one client, in a single end-product which end users are not charged for.
• For personal and commercial project and to modify it.
• In a website or presentation template or application or as part of your design.

 
You are NOT allowed to:
 

• Sub-license, resell or rent it.
• Include it in any online or offline archive or database.

 
Note to freelancers, creative agencies and accountants/bookkeepers:
 
You may charge your client for your services to create a template, even under the single-user license. But you can not use the single-user license on multiple clients or jobs.

Why are my logos being cut off

The template is fine - it is your printer settings.  Check if the print page is set as letter - if it is, change it to A4

How do I access my partner portal

If you have registered as a partner, go to Partners/Partners Login to access your portal

Your Prices show in nzd but i am from another country - are these templates suitable for my country?

All our templates should be suitable for use for your country if you are able to use the applicable software for your country.  If a template is only suitable for a specific country we will put that in the product description.  If you purchase one of our templates and it needs to be adapted to comply with legal requirements for your country, please let us know the details and we will adapt it at no charge to you.

I've seen a template i want to use but have some changes I would like made - can you do this?

 Yes, of course.  The key to making changes though is knowing what you're after.  If you see something you like but want to make a small change i.e. Change the word "Reference" to "Order Number" or delete a field (without moving anything else in the template), those sorts of things are considered small changes and we charge $9 per edit (of up to three small changes at once).  Just add your template to the cart and also add the Service called "Small Edit" to the cart - specify clearly what the change is.  If it is bigger than a "small edit" please complete a quote request and provide as much information as possible on the changes you would like and we'll get back to you with a price & timeframe
