This template provides additional functionality not currently within Xero by way of using a formula within the template to create a "multiplier column"
For this to work, in Xero “Products & Services” you will have an item code - ie. Microsoft 365 12, item name – 12 (to display the number of months) and the sales description is Microsoft 365 License - (see screenshot provided)
The relevant item code is used at the time of invoicing and a screenshot has been provided to demonstrate how the subscriptions would be entered.
Suitable for subscription based services, but could be edited or used for others
