Please Note: Service M8 Forms are different to the Invoice & Quote Templates.  They are FORMS and include the .sm8f file with Question-Set & conditional formatting required to have these as a functional form from day 1.  These forms are more complex, take longer to build and are of higher value than a standard template and as such are priced higher.
